Windows NT does not provide any native tools for regulating
disk space usage, although it does have some API hooks that
3rd party vendors have made use of.
Windows 2000, however, does come with a Quota Management
utility out of the box, although it is not necessarily
compelling enough to force users of an existing product to
abandon their current investment.
