PERSONAL NOTES
• 10/2005 - I've started using Forum-type software to
address the knowledgebase and collaboration
functionality I have been looking for.
• 02/2005 - Looking for Server-focused Change Management
software and it's really hard to find. :)
• You really have to try these out in your environment
to see how they will work for you.
• There are lots of products in this category, and I
haven't begun to capture a decent percentage of them.
• Liberium is a pretty nice product, especially for a
free product. To get it to run under IIS6/2003, be sure
to enable the following settings, which are disabled
by default:
- Enable Parent Paths
- Enable Session State
• There are a number of stellar free products (or products
which free versions) such as SysAid, Web+Center, and
Liberium
