PERSONAL NOTES
• While most of these run on Windows, a few (e.g. Nagios)
are developed primarily for Linux or BSD.
• For those who may be daunted by MRTG, there's the
powerful and inexpensive PRTG, from Paessler. One of
many good tools from that vendor.
• OpenXTRA provides free OpenSource tools with custom
installation and management. They make it very easy to
install MRTG, NTOP, Ethereal and NMap on Windows.
